Ihre Rolle
Als Lead Auditor - Bankenprüfer/in bei der Bank J. Safra Sarasin werden Sie Ihre Erfahrungen in Gebieten wie Operations, Payments, Credit, Portfolio Management, Risk, Treasury oder Trading in selbständigen Prüfungen einsetzen. Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst im Wesentlichen die selbsständige Planung und Durchführung von Audits inklusive Berichterstattung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Übernahme der Rolle als Lead Auditor, inklusive ziel- und termingerechter Planung, selbständiger Durchführung, und zeitnaher Kommunikation der Resultate von End-to-End Prüfungen
  • Verfassen von aussagekräftigen Berichten
  • Agieren als Sparringpartner des Managements
  • Überwachung der Implementierung von Massnahmen
  • Ausarbeiten von Stellungnahmen zu Handen des Leiters Group Internal Audit, des Verwaltungsrates oder von Entscheidungsträgern aus der Linie
  • Mitwirkung bei Spezialabklärungen und Projekten
  • Agieren als Subject Matter Expert

Ihr Profil

  • Bankenlehre, Bankfachmann/-frau oder höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni, FH), CIA, CPA oder ähnliches; der Abschluss als Wirtschaftsprüfer/-in ist von Vorteil
  • 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Bereich Lead Auditor der Bankenrevision (Interne oder Externe Revision) in Gebieten wie Operations, Payments, Credit, Portfolio Management, Risk, Treasury oder Trading
  • Ausgezeichnete Microsoft Office Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Avaloq ist von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, Probleme zu gewichten und Prioritäten zu setzen, sowie starke analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, starke Arbeitsethik, Integrität und ein hohes Mass an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft für Reisetätigkeit im Ausland (ca. 40 Tage im Jahr)
  • Fliessende Kenntnisse in Englisch mit der Fähigkeit, aussagekräftige Texte in Englisch zu verfassen; Kenntnisse in Deutsch, Französisch oder Spanisch sind ein Vorteil
