The Position

Das Leistungsmodul Logistics Solutions Basel und Kaiseraugst bietet geschäftliche Serviceleistungen, stellt qualitativ hochstehende, kosteneffiziente Angebote zur Verfügung und erkennt Trends frühzeitig. Der einfache und unkomplizierte Zugang zu den verschiedenen Services für alle Mitarbeitenden ist ein zentrales Anliegen. Den unterschiedlichen Ansprüchen begegnet Logistics Solutions mit Expertise und sorgt für operative Entlastung, effektive Nutzung der vorhandenen Assets sowie regelkonforme Vorgehensweisen. 

Logistics Solutions kümmert sich um Güter und Sendungen, die aufs Areal kommen, hier gelagert und verteilt werden oder den Standort verlassen.

Die Möglichkeit:

Als Mitarbeiter/in im Kreis Lagerlogistik und Tanklager Basel bist Du für die operativen Abläufe im Logistikzentrum Bau 41 tätig, dein Tätigkeitsgebiet umfasst folgende Aufgaben:

  • Operative Abwicklung von Lagerverwaltung, Wareneingang und Warenausgang unter Einhaltung aller Compliance-Vorgaben (GMP, Gefahrgut etc.)

  • Durchführung und Kontrolle von Warenein- und -ausgängen inkl. Musterzug im Tanklager

  • Prüfung von Materialien (Stückzahl, Material- und Chargennummer) sowie Erstellung GMP-konformer Dokumentation

  • Verpackung und Abwicklung von GMP-, Gefahrgut-, Kühl- und Tiefkühlsendungen

  • Buchung von Sendungen in verschiedenen SAP-Systemen

  • Unterstützung bei Audits, Inspektionen und der Aktualisierung von SOPs

  • Proaktive Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen, Qualitätsverbesserungen und Projekten

  • Unterstützung bei Instandhaltung, Störungsidentifikation und -behebung sowie Durchführung von Inventuren

Wer Du Bist:

Um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein, benötigst du folgende Kompetenzen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker*in EFZ, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Logistikfachmann/-frau; Gefahrgutausbildungen von Vorteil

  • Mehrjährige Logistikerfahrung inkl. SAP-Know-how sowie Erfahrung im GMP/GDP-Umfeld

  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise; belastbar, organisiert und durchsetzungsstark

  • Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie professioneller, proaktiver Umgang mit allen Stakeholdern

  • Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (Office, SAP) und gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis

  • Fahrberechtigung für Flurförderfahrzeuge; Bereitschaft zum Pikettdienst

  • Arbeiten in einem selbstorganisierten Team sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
