Dein neuer Job führt dich ins Nichtleben-Gruppenaktuariat. Dort bist du zusammen mit einem Team aus Experten verantwortlich für die Beurteilung verschiedenster aktuarieller Fragestellungen rund um die Bewertung unseres Versicherungsportfolios.

Fachlich bist du verantwortlich für:

  • den versicherungstechnischen Teil des gruppenweiten IFRS-Abschlusses
  • die lokalrechtliche Bewertung der internen Rückversicherung
  • die Information des Managements in aktuariellen Nichtlebenaspekten
  • die Sicherstellung der Betreuung der Einheiten und anderen in- und externen Stakeholder in aktuariellen Nichtlebenaspekten

In der Führung deines Teams bist du auch Coach. Das heisst, du verstehst dich darin, deine Mitarbeitenden zu unterstützen und das Beste aus ihnen herauszuholen. Du förderst ihre Stärken und adressierst konstruktiv ihre Schwächen – alles um sie ideal aufzustellen.

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Hochschulabschluss mit mathematischer und/oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung als lokaler Reserving Actuary non-life, inkl. Rückversicherung
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gruppenfunktion als Controlling Actuary
  • Erfahrung in der strategischen Ausrichtung, Konzeption und Leitung der Weiterentwicklung von Nichtlebenreservierungsmodellen
  • fundierte IFRS 17 Kenntnisse, führende Projektmitarbeit in IT-Projekten sind von Vorteil
  • sehr gutes Deutsch und English in Wort und Schrift
