IMMOBILIEN-TRANSAKTIONSMANAGER

Ihre Aufgaben
• Identifizierung und Erfassung von Kaufobjekten (Bestandsobjekte, Neubauprojekte, Entwicklungen, Asset Swaps) in der gesamten Schweiz
• Prüfung von Marktfähigkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Bautechnik und rechtlichen Grundlagen
• Erstellen von relevanten Objektbewertungen, Due Diligence und Analysen
• Koordination und Durchführung des gesamten Transaktionsprozesses inkl. Handänderung
• Führen und Abschluss von Kauf- / Verkaufsverhandlungen
• Erstellen von Kauf- und Verkaufsanträgen an die zuständigen Gremien
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Marktteilnehmern (Makler, Banken, GU / TU etc.) Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossenes, immobilienrelevantes Studium mit ergänzender Weiterbildung
• Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Kauf und Verkauf von Immobilien in der Schweiz, ausgezeichnetes Netzwerk
• Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Französisch
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen IT-Applikationen (MS Windows + Office)
• Engagierte, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
