offers an exciting opportunity to develop and grow our network of locals who host unique experiences across Europe. This internship is designed for individuals who thrive on social interaction, are savvy with social media, and are eager to shape the future of our community.

What You Will Do

During this internship, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and engaging locals to join our platform and become experience hosts. Your core responsibilities include:

• Growing our community by sourcing and recruiting diverse personalities for our Originals and Youniq experience categories.
• Using social media creatively to engage and attract new members.
• Interacting with locals in writing, through calls, and in visual formats to inspire them to host experiences.
• Collaborating closely with our Operations and Experience Curation teams to ensure the right candidates are onboarded.
• Supporting strategic initiatives to enhance community-building efforts as the company scales.

About You

• Strong Social Skills: You love connecting with people and can build trust through written and verbal communication.
• Social Media Enthusiast: Hands-on experience with platforms and a knack for leveraging them to grow communities.
• Proactive & Organized: Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and taking the lead on initiatives.
• Emotionally Intelligent: Able to understand and empathize with diverse personalities.
• Flexible & Adaptive: Open to adjusting working times to maximize engagement with locals.

What We Offer

• An internship on a fully volunteer basis (unpaid), which takes at least six (6) months with potential to be taken over into our career programs afterwards.
• A hands-on, dynamic role in an international Swiss startup during its scale-up phase.
