Cassa Dei Medici Cooperativa è una delle aziende leader nella gestione amministrativa degli studi ambulatoriali. Supporta medici, studi di gruppo ed altri fornitori di prestazioni con soluzioni IT specifiche per il settore e pacchetti di servizi completi. Dalla gestione degli appuntamenti alla cartella clinica elettronica completamente strutturata, fino al sistema di fatturazione, vengono coperti tutti i processi di uno studio. Disponiamo di solide conoscenze nel settore della sanità.

Come Team Leader del supporto, assumerà la responsabilità tecnica e organizzativa del nostro team di supporto in Ticino. Dirigerà un team motivato di sei collaboratori nel Service Desk, 2nd Level e Field Support, garantendo una gestione efficiente, professionale e orientata al cliente di tutte le richieste.

Coordinerà le attività quotidiane, supporterà il team nelle analisi, nelle soluzioni e nella documentazione e fungerà da punto di riferimento centrale per i superiori e i reparti interni. In caso di escalation e sfide interne o esterne, accompagnerà il team con competenza. Grazie al suo approccio strutturato e orientato alla qualità, garantirà il rispetto di SLA, processi e linee guida. Allo stesso tempo, promuoverà lo sviluppo dei suoi collaboratori attraverso colloqui regolari, feedback costruttivi e formazioni mirate.

Inoltre, sarà chiamata/o a collaborare attivamente nei progetti interni ed esterni, contribuendo altresì allo sviluppo dei nostri servizi IT. Se Le piace rafforzare un team, ottimizzare i processi e migliorare la qualità del supporto, attendiamo con piacere la Sua candidatura.

Principali responsabilità

  • Gestione tecnica e organizzativa del team IT Support (6 persone)
  • Responsabilità per Service Desk (1st Level), 2nd Level e Field Support in Ticino
  • Supporto al team per questioni tecniche interne ed esterne
  • Affiancamento tecnico in analisi, ricerca di soluzioni e documentazione
  • Garanzia del rispetto di procedure, linee guida, direttive e SLA
  • Stretta collaborazione con il team, i superiori e altri reparti interni
  • Partecipazione attiva a progetti interni e progetti per i clienti

Skills

  • Pluriennale esperienza nell'IT Support (1st/2nd Level)
  • Provata esperienza di leadership nell'IT Support
  • Solida comprensione tecnica delle infrastrutture e dei servizi IT più comuni
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative
  • Forte orientamento al cliente e al servizio
  • Approccio strutturato e orientato alla soluzione
  • Buona conoscenza del tedesco scritto e parlato
  • Conoscenza dell'inglese (un vantaggio)
  • Esperienza nel settore sanitario (software di studio medico) considerata un plus
  • Residenza in canton Ticino
