- Übernahme von einem Projekt nach Vorgaben der Bereichsleitung
- Projekt entsprechend den definierten Zielen planen
- Umsetzung der im Plan festgelegten Aufgaben
- Projektfortschritt überwachen und an Bereichsleitung rapportieren
- Korrekturmassnahmen ergreifen bei Abweichungen
- Projekt abschliessen inklusive Dokumentation und Evaluierung
