Supply Chain Project Manager - Pharma,
vacancy for our Basel based client in the Pharmaceutical sector.

The company is transforming and is looking for support for an internal project related to processes and systems. Harmonization between 2 different business units within the company, at a global and country level.

Your tasks:

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain PMO for a Global Integration project.
  • Drive and oversee the evaluation and implementation of future integrated business setups.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders on project timelines and requirements.
  • Implement end-to-end flows and leverage PMO tools for project tracking.
  • Provide proactive follow-up on activities and drive resolutions for open topics.

Your experience/knowledge:

  • Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in project management.
  • Advanced level of English
  • At ease with MS Office tools, of which Excel.
  • Confirmed experience in project management (Experience of integration, finance, systems and processes with ability to support the functions through the transition)
  • Experience in Supply Chain (End-to-end flows and processes implementation)
  • Life sciences, commercial experience, an asset
