Was Dich erwartet:

  • Leitung komplexer Softwareprojekte in hybriden Setups (Onsite & Shoring)
  • Mitwirkung im Presales und Präsentation technischer Lösungsansätze
  • Steuerung von Budget, Zeit, Scope und Qualität
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Entwickler:innen zur Sicherstellung technischer Entscheidungen
  • Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen in klare, umsetzbare Konzepte
  • Du hast ein breites Interesse und bist bereit, in kleineren Projekten auch mehrere Rollen zu übernehmen – zum Beispiel Business-Analyse und Requirements Engineering.

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (ETH, FH, Uni oder HF)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter:in für Softwareentwicklungsprojekte
  • Technischer Hintergrund für eine Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe mit Engineering-Teams
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Near-/Offshore-Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
