Role and Responsibilities

Deine Aufgaben, Du…
  • überprüfst geplante Promotionen in Zusammenarbeit mit Category Management und Digital Marketing, um realistische Verkaufserwartungen und Material-Lagerungen sicherzustellen
  • definierst und kommunizierst klare Planungs- und Prognoserichtlinien an die Category Manager, um eine konsistente und datengestützte Werbeplanung zu gewährleisten
  • analysierst und überwachst CM-Prognosen, um sicherzustellen, dass Volumen und Zeitpläne realistisch sind und mit den SCM-Kapazitäten übereinstimmen
  • analysierst vergangene Werbeaktionen für die Umsetzung von Werbeaktionen und definierst gegebenenfalls entsprechende Massnahmen
  • setzt Daten und Analysen in umsetzbare Empfehlungen für Category Management und Marketing um
  • unterstützt das Marketing- und eStore-Team bei der Umsetzung effektiver und effizienter Aktivitäten.
  • erstellst und visualisiert Reportings zu unterschiedlichen Themen
  • kümmerst dich eigenständig um allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

Skills and Qualifications

Dein Profil, Du…
  • verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt BWL, eCommerce oder Marketing, ergänzt durch einschlägige Weiterbildungen oder Spezialisierungen
  • bringst langjährige Erfahrung in ähnlichen Funktionen innerhalb relevanter Tätigkeitsbereiche mit und hast nachweislich erfolgreich strategische Initiativen sowie Transformationsprojekte verantwortet
  • überzeugst durch ein souveränes und inspirierendes Auftreten, ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Mass an Integrität und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • setzt deine herausragenden MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere in Excel für tiefgehende Analysen und Modellierungen sowie in PowerPoint für Executive-Präsentationen) gezielt für die Entwicklung und Steuerung von Strategien ein
  • verfügst über exzellente Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (idealerweise Muttersprache), die dir den sicheren Auftritt auf internationalem Parkett ermöglichen
  • zeichnest dich durch strategisches Denken, hohe Umsetzungsstärke, Leadership-Kompetenz sowie Belastbarkeit aus und bist in der Lage, Teams über verschiedene Ebenen hinweg zu motivieren und nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln
