SAP Payroll and TimeManagement Expert Location: Hybrid – 60%onsite (Baden /Luzern area), 40% remoteWorkload: 80–100%Start Date: ASAPInitial Duration: 6months (extendable)We arenow looking for an experienced SAP Payrolland Time Management Expert to support a major HR digital transformation programwithin a large enterprise environment. This role is key to ensuring operationalcontinuity while a long -term internal solution is being identified. You'll work closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and financeto deliver compliant, efficient, and future -proof payroll and time managementservices. This project is already underway and runs officially until March2028, offering long -term visibility and strategic impact. THEROLE Actively contribute tooperational readiness and service continuity during transformation Gather requirements fromstakeholders and translate them into SAP functional solutions Configure and maintainSAP Payroll and Time Management modules Ensure compliance withSwiss payroll laws, controls, and reporting standards Conduct system testing,troubleshoot issues, and manage SAP OSS updates Deliver user trainingand post -go -live support Help design andparticipate in the long -term support model Collaborate with otherSAP module owners (e.g., HR, Finance) for seamless integration Support projects such assystem upgrades, enhancements, and migrations RequirementsMinimum 6 years ofhands -on experience in SAP Payroll and Time ManagementStrong understanding ofSAP configuration (schema, rules, PCC, wage types, PCRs)Deep familiarity withSwiss payroll processes and regulatory complianceComfortable workingcross -functionally and managing stakeholdersSAP certifications are astrong assetExperience with ABAPdebugging and integrations with external time systems is a plusExcellent communicationin German and EnglishSelf -starter with astructured, reliable, and autonomous working styleSAP HCM, SAP HR, PY, Lohn - und Gehaltsabrechnung BenefitsLong -term visibility(official project end: March 2028)Real possibility ofextensions beyond the initial 6 monthsCentral role in anenterprise -wide transformationBalanced hybrid setupfor flexibility and collaboration
