Deine Rolle

Du verbindest technische Kompetenz mit strategischem Weitblick und übernimmst

Verantwortung für die Produkt-Entwicklung und -Skalierung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für IT-Strategie, Zielarchitektur & Roadmap
  • Entwicklung und Betrieb cloud-nativer Lösungen (Backend, Integration, MLOps)
  • Definition und Optimierung von Schnittstellen & Prozessen
  • Führung und Koordination eines externen Entwicklerteams
  • Technologische Koordination und Abstimmung verschiedener Projekte
  • Sicherstellung von Datenschutz & Compliance (DSGVO, evtl. MDR/MepV)
  • Technologische Beratung der Geschäftsleitung (Buy-vs-Build, FinOps)
  • Mitgestaltung der Unternehmensstrategie & Produktpriorisierung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit von Proof-of-Concept bis zum marktreifen Produkt
  • Kritische Bewertung und Optimierung von Betriebskosten und Architekturentscheidungen

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Architektur, Softwareentwicklung & ITManagement, idealerweise als Full-Stack-Entwickler*in
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, IDAM
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb sicherer Cloud-Lösungen
  • Kenntnisse in Schnittstellenintegration, Datenplattformen & ML-Ops
  • Erfahrung mit API-Design, RPA- und Low-Code-/No-Code-Orchestrierungstools
  • Fundiertes Wissen in IT-Security (Datenverschlüsselung, Zugriffskontrolle, sichere Schnittstellen)
  • Vertrautheit mit regulatorischen Anforderungen im Gesundheitswesen
  • Strategisches Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, um mit Entwicklern, Partnern und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern zu sprechen
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset & Sinn für Impact im Pflegealltag
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
