We are looking for two experienced DevOps engineers with a focus on VDI and VMware solutions for a long-term digitalisation project. You will work in an agile environment with an experienced engineering team and ensure the secure, stable and automated operation of the new digitalisation platform.

The Position:

  • Operation, further development and automation of VDI/VMware infrastructures
  • Conception, design, implementation and operation of VDI solutions
  • Support for service requests, incidents, monitoring and change enablement
  • Support for automation projects (Ansible, Python)
  • Collaboration with internal teams and product owners

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of VMware and VDI architectures
  • Experience in the design, implementation and operation of complex IT environments
  • Automation skills (Ansible, Python)
  • DevOps/CI/CD expertise, web technologies and APIs are an advantage
  • Language: German C2, English C1

Location:

Bern with x2 days home office

Rate:

Circa 100 CHF per hour - Experience dependent
