Industrial Controller

Our client is a major industrial company based in Neuchatel area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the month-end controlling and reporting processes related to the industrial operations
- Ensure the monitoring and controlling of the production costs and analysis of the production variances
- Lead the preparation of ad-hoc analysis on the production costs with explanations and suggestions to the Production team to improve the efficiency
- Provide support in the budget and forecast preparation related to the industrial operations
- Contribute to the maintenance of the inventory control systems and the obsolescence calculation
- Conduct the assessment of industrial capex
- Develop and implement best practices to the production entities
- Support the Production team through the preparation and the analysis of business cases

**Profile**:

- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Controlling
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Business controlling
- Advanced knowledge of SAP is mandatory
- Ability to manage communications with different stakeholders across the organizations
- Self-starter with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude
- Proven critical thinker with strong analytical skills
- Fluent in French & English
