Für unser Team in der Analytischen Entwicklung von Biokonjugaten am Standort Visp suchen wir einen Laboratory Technician (m/w/d). Als Mitglied unserer Forschungs
- und Qualitätskontrollabteilung sind Sie an der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Validierung von analytischen Methoden für die prozessbegleitende Analytik und Freigabe von Biokonjugaten beteiligt. Sie arbeiten nach ISO- und GMP Qualitätsrichtlinien, bearbeiten eigenverantwortlich die Ihnen zugeteilten Analysenaufträgen und erstellen die dazugehörige Dokumentation. Die abwechslungsreichen Verantwortlichkeiten beinhalten auch das Schulen von Mitarbeitern und das Betreuen von Auszubildenden sowie die Pflege und Unterhalt von Laborgeräten.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Validierung von analytischen Methoden wie zum Beispiel RP-, SE- und IEX-HPLC, icIEF, CE-SDS, UV/VIS-Spektroskopie und ELISA
- Eigenständige Durchführung der geplanten Laborarbeiten gemäss dem definierten Zeitplan, angemessene Dokumentation der Rohdaten und Erstellen von Arbeitsanweisungen und Berichten
- Einen effizienten Laborbetrieb gewährleiten durch das Einhalten der Hygiene Vorschriften, Wartung und Unterhalt der Laborgeräte, Überwachung des Inventars und Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung von Roh
- und Verbrauchsmaterialien
- Ihre eigene Ausbildung halten Sie mithilfe interner Schulungssysteme immer auf dem neuesten Stand und trainieren andere Mitarbeiter auf spezifischen Instrumenten und Analysetechniken.
Ihr Anforderungsprofil:
- Laborant/in der Biologie oder Chemie mit einem eidgenössischen Fachausweis oder vergleichbarem Abschluss mit Berufserfahrung
- Idealerweise bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Durchführung einiger der oben genannten Analysetechniken, Motivation und Interesse sich in andere Techniken einzuarbeiten
- Flexible, motivierte Persönlichkeit die sich gut in Projekt-Teams integrieren kann und sich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld mit wechselnden Prioritäten wohlfühlt
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift) sind erforderlich, Englisch ist von Vorteil
