To strengthen our motivated team in London, United Kingdom, we are looking for:
**Mechanical Supervisor 100%**:
As a Mechanical Supervisor you will work in a dynamic environment. You will accompany projects from factory acceptance to commissioning. Your duties will include a large variety of responsibilities in the area of production testing, assembly, and operational support.

**Your duties are**
- communicating with team members about installation schedules and materials needed
- directing workers to complete tasks that require specialized skills or knowledge to operate machinery
- ensuring work site safety and making sure all safety protocols are followed
- conducting periodic inspections to ensure that quality standards are met
- directly interacting with client
- resolving work problems during assemly and commissioning and recommending actions to enhance service

**You are**
- enthusiastic about working with large machinery and to be part of demanding projects
- entrepreneurial and you demonstrate strong leadership
- resilient to dealing with time pressure
- a positive person with a solution-oriented personality
- willing to work longer hours and shift work

**You have**
- a technical qualification supporting the required skills e.g. metal worker, poly-mechanic and/or a vast amount of experience in an equivalent role
- a minimum of 5 years experience in tunnel constructions or similar
- experience as a metal assembly worker
- MS Office skills
- at the minimum a driver license Cat. B
- good communication skills
- good English language skills. Additional language skills are an advantage
