komplexen Sammelstiftungslösungen spezialisiert.
Zur Bewältigung unseres steten Wachstums suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams per sofort
oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

**Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung des Investment Controlling Teams in allen administrativen Aufgaben
- Stimmrechtswahrnehmung für Stiftungen (VegüV)
- Abwicklung von Zeichnungen Anlagestiftungen und Kapitalabrufen
- Erstellen und Pflege von Statistiken, Peer-Group-Vergleiche, internen Reportings
- Kontrolle Reporting von externen Vermögensverwaltern
- Überwachung Anlagestrategien / Rebalancing
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit internem Securities Accounting
- Adhoc-Analysen

**Anforderungen**:

- Student*in Finanzbereich Uni/FH mit Wunsch, sich im Thema Wertschriften und Investment Controlling

zu vertiefen
- Ein Flair für Zahlen, akkurate Arbeitsweise und eine positive Arbeitseinstellung
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint)
- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, Flexibilität und Servicebereitschaft
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer*in
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Idealalter: ab 20 Jahren
