This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and drive transformative initiatives across IT governance, project management, supplier management, budgeting, security, risk management, and service management, contributing directly to the achievement of organizational goals. Join us As the Head of CIO Office, your mission is to establish, maintain, and deploy effective IT governance frameworks, policies, and processes across various IT delivery departments. You'll work closely with the GF MS CIO to transform the IT operating model towards a service-oriented approach, focusing on enhancing and deploying IT transversal practices. 1.IT Portfolio & Project Management: Implement and enhance demand and portfolio management methodologies. Manage IT projects' portfolio in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure adherence to standards, budgets, and deadlines. Coordinate the Project Managers' community to develop and refine project management standards. Provide PMO & project management support when necessary. Measurement and Reporting: Develop and implement a framework for measuring and reporting IT performance. Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Supplier Management: Define and implement a common approach to managing IT suppliers. Facilitate cross-team vendor contract negotiations. IT Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget in collaboration with finance and business stakeholders. Monitor and control IT expenditures. Provide financial insights to support decision-making. 2.IT Governance: Define and implement information security policies and procedures. Identify and assess IT-related risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Establish knowledge-sharing processes and tools within the IT department. 3.IT Architecture and Service Management: Develop and communicate the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals. Ensure alignment between IT architecture and business objectives. Develop and maintain IT asset and service management strategies and processes. Implement service release management processes and service monitoring. Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT management, business, computer science). 15+ year proven experience in IT management, including leadership roles in diverse areas. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ready to have a hands on approach of the mission. Knowledge of industry best practices and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, ISO 27001). Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL are desirable.
