**Your mission**:
We are looking for a bioinformatician to join Elisa Oricchio’s research group at EPFL in the Swiss Institute for Experimental Cancer Research (ISREC). Oricchio’s lab focuses on integrating cancer genomics analyses with functional studies to gain insights into tumor biology and exploit this information to develop new therapies. We are interested in understanding how cancer-associated genomic alterations modify the tri-dimensional organization of the genome, and how epigenetic heterogeneity influences tumor evolution and response to therapies (e.g. Donaldson et al. Nature Genetics 2019, Sungalee et al. Nature Genetics 2021, Liu et al. Nature Comm. 2021).
