For our Vevey-based Laboratory, we are looking for a Assistant in the hydraulic laboratory 80%.
Your mission:
- Support financial controlling of R&D and investment projects using SAP and MS Excel
- Administration of intercompany projects, including financial controlling using SAP
- Travel management for customers and the R&D team
- Support with maintenance and renovation of the laboratory building
- Based in the laboratory, providing administrative and operational support to the entire R&D department including the R&D team in Kriens
Your profile:
- CFC employé/e de commerce completed with a bachelor’s degree of Science in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or financial support role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Experience in accounting and commercial project management
- Experience in SAP is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of French and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and high level of precision and quality
- Flexibility, reliability, team orientation as well as commitment complete your profile
