**Your role**
- Are you passionate about the financial markets? Are you an innovator who loves to solve problems?
- To strengthen our team we're looking for a Project and Content Manager to:
- drive the development of the Investor Profile (IP) content, methodology and process
- act as contact for IP related questions and support the different markets, locations and functions globally
- develop guidance for Client Advisors and align them with business stakeholders and control functions in different locations and business areas
- ensure correct implementation of business requirements in the respective tools (Client Advisor Workbench, Digital Meeting, forms) in collaboration with the ADO (delivery) organization
- take ownership of expanding the Investor Profile dashboard content and expand it to further booking centers
- represent the Investor Profile in new initiatives

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Investor Profile team, the global competence center for investor profiling and therefore the starting point in the UBS Advice Process. We are part of the Investment Methodology & Analytics team and work closely with our colleagues to ensure the Investor Profile is well integrated with the UBS investment value chain in Global Investment Management.
- We also have a strong collaboration with the Agile Delivery Organization to drive the development of the Investor Profile across all channels in order to improve the client experience, expand the respective tools to enable better client-facing advice, enable efficiency by introducing client self-service, and implement new regulatory requirements.
- We are responsible for streamlining the Investor Profile concept, tools and process across markets and locations and are a small team with global reach.

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- project management experience, consulting experience strongly preferred
- experience in business projects, preferably in projects around digital channels
- understanding of the wealth management business
- strong analytical and conceptual skill set and problem-solving, pragmatic attitude

You are:
- a self-starter and willing to take ownership as well as a strong team player
- well-organized and has a strong eye for details
- able to assess new ideas in a structured way to provide sensible solutions and implement them
- fluent in English, other languages a benefit
