**Position Summary
As a **Legal Counsel **, you will support the Operations and Coffee & Systems Innovation teams.

**A Day in the Life of a Legal Counsel
- Support Nespresso’s Operations and Coffee & Systems Innovation teams in relation to their ongoing projects and new product development
- Draft and negotiate contracts with key suppliers as well as developers, in each case ensuring that these contain appropriate legal protections and enable the delivery of agreed objectives
- Resolve legal and related commercial issues which may arise in the context of such agreements
- Mitigate material risks relating to product development
**What will make you successful
- At least 5 years experience in a legal role
- Prior experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Ability to handle major legal issues involving complex problems and factual uncertainties, for which considerable legal judgment, experience, and independent reasoning are needed
- Sound business judgment, customer and problem-solving oriented, attention to detail, pragmatic, resourceful, with good inter-personal and team skills
- Strong work ethic, integrity and honesty
- Proactive and able to work autonomously on complex situations
- Full command of written and oral English. Ideally to have worked in a second language
