You will report to the Senior Commercial Business Controller and be a sparring partner for our sales team.
**Your tasks**:
- Business partner to the sales team for On-trade channel
- Ensure effective business decisions through good understanding of functional processes
- Monitor sales and gross profit performance in the On-trade channel, provide reports and commentary in line with period-end closing deadlines; drive target setting within the sales team
- Support the Senior Commercial Business Controller and collaborate with the Revenue Manager to improve processes, reporting and content in the common areas
- Support the planning cycle process of the On-trade channels and the ongoing forecasting process
- Support the On-trade sales team on contracts and business cases by reviewing proposals and deliverables and recommending corrective/improvement actions
- Implement policies, processes and controls within the sales business function to ensure the integrity of the accounting records and financial information
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance of Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in Controlling
- Fluent in English and German - written and spoken
- Experience in MS Office, SAP and PowerBI
- Establish credibility by being a trusted business partner
- Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders and to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to identify issues and propose solutions
- Analytical mindset, organization skills and attention to detail with good communication skills
- Results, teamwork and people oriented
