In this versatile and responsible position, you will work closely with Group Marketing, various business units and the local marketing teams. You will lead a competent team, have your own projects to implement and coordinate the various requests from the markets. Become part of our motivated team and take the opportunity to advance your career in a future-oriented company What can you epect? - Overall responsibility for marketing support for the European region - Development and implementation of marketing measures for regional competence centers such as Investment Services Europe and UHNWI - Development and maintenance of brand awareness and profile in the Europe region in collaboration with Corporate Marketing - Conception and implementation of regional and local communication campaigns and promotions - Advising the head of the Europe region - Planning, budgeting and controlling of marketing and communication measures in the Europe region - Professional management of local marketing managers in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria and Germany - Responsibility for internal communication in the Europe region - Personnel management of four employees - Close cooperation with Group Marketing and the local marketing units **Your profile****: You will inspire us with the following skills for this role: - Degree in business administration, marketing or communication sciences or an equivalent qualificationAt least seven years of professional e - perience as an all-rounder in the field of marketing communications, preferably in private bankingE - perience in team and project management and in advising managers on marketing issues - Proven track record in the conception and implementation of effective cross-media campaigns - Sound knowledge of processes in the production of advertising mediaProfessional e - perience in the practical handling of social media, websites, etc. - Very good written and spoken German and English skills - Independent and proactive way of working - Active participation in and takeover of projects - Communicative, positive, integrity and team-oriented personality - Strong implementation-oriented, entrepreneurial personality who takes ownership, sets priorities and makes targeted use of available resources **Benefits at LGT****: **A great place to work - a great place to have impact**:LGT promotes diversity among its employees.
