**JOB DESCRIPTION**

LOCATION:
**Schaffhausen, Switzerland**

For our Customer Service team we are looking for a multilingual **Customer Service Representative **(100%)** with excellent communication skills.

The Customer Service team processes and manages all customer orders working closely with our customers, sales managers, planners, production sites and transport companies. The job requires working with multiple customers in various countries and being able to provide solutions promptly in a dynamic, international environment. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

**THE POSITION**
- Accept orders within pricing limits, and check product and transport availability
- Plan delivery dates within contracted period, taking into account product availability and priority of previously accepted orders
- Select most efficient means of transport, and arrange transport within the set service-level
- agreement terms
- Suggest alternatives to sales management in case customer priorities, product availability or transport availability have changed
- Ensure timely availability of documents required for transport or customs.
- Provide customers with samples if requested
- Investigate and resolve logistics complaints (within competencies)
- Suggest improvements to increase logistics performance, in terms of quality and quantity
**WE LOOK FOR**
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer service and “can do“ mentality
- Pro-active attitude
- Multi-lingual skills: English and German are a must, all other language are a plus
- Experience with SAP
- Accurate way of working
- Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment
