**Job Description**:
Support the Experiential Marketing team in all B2B and D2C activities in Europe.
**Who we are looking for**:
A driven, detail-oriented individual who is exceptionally organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Someone passionate about event management and the automotive industry.
“Can-do” attitude, able to analyze problems quickly and find solutions proactively.
**Responsibilities**
- Management of giveaways, merchandise, uniforms, event kit and branding materials
- Full RSVP and guest attendance management pre and post activations utilizing existing tools
- Coordination of Experiential Marketing fleet and all logistics and vehicle operations, maintenance for B2B and D2C experiential marketing activities
- Event coordination with third party suppliers and agency partners
- Management of Cadillac Europe event tracker and calendar
- Post event reconciliations
- Post event reports and posting on Yammer and social media
- Loading of purchase orders
- Keeping the experiential marketing budget file up to date for all projects
- Work with content manager to create content regarding upcoming engagements, to notify members and potential customers for the Cadillac website
- Highly competent in compiling concise executive summary PPT decks for project reviews

Excellent proficiency in English is a non negotiable, German or French is a plus
