**Location**: Switzerland (Remote)
**Contract Type**: Freelance / Commission-only, under Swiss contractor status

**ABOUT SKEELED**:
Skeeled is an innovative recruitment software (ATS) built to streamline and digitalise hiring processes. Our platform empowers companies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent more efficiently. With strong roots in Luxembourg, Belgium, and France, we are now expanding into Switzerland.

To support this growth, we’re looking for a motivated **Independent Reseller** to launch skeeled in the Swiss market. In this role, you'll identify business opportunities, close deals, and increase our local brand awareness.

We believe there is strong potential in Switzerland, but a local market study will be essential to adapt our pricing strategy and go-to-market approach effectively.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Conduct a market study and define the most suitable pricing strategy for Switzerland
- Introduce skeeled to the Swiss market and drive local sales

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Prospect and sell to HR and recruitment professionals
- Build trust-based relationships with clients and guide them through the sales process
- Share insights and feedback on local market dynamics
- Provide onboarding support for signed clients, when needed

**REQUIREMENTS - MUST HAVE**:

- Proven sales experience (ideally in B2B or software sales)
- Fluent in English
- Independent, self-starter mindset

**BONUS POINTS - NICE TO HAVE**:

- Fluent in German or French
- Knowledge of HR / recruitment processes
- Background in a SaaS or tech environment
- Existing network in the HR or recruitment industry

**COMPENSATION**:
This is a **commission-only** opportunity - no base salary.
Ideal for entrepreneurial profiles with high earning potential:

- ** 75%** of the licence value in the **first year**
- ** 50%** in the **second year** (if renewed)
- ** 25%** in the **third year** (if renewed)

A typical annual licence value ranges from **€10,000 to €12,000**.

**SUPPORT & ONBOARDING**:
Once a deal is closed, our internal team will usually handle client onboarding.
Full training and support materials will be provided to guide you through the process.

**CONTRACT & WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- ** Remote position** - you can work from anywhere in Switzerland
- ** Freelance contract** - you’ll operate as an independent contractor registered in Switzerland
