**_Junior Legal & Corporate Affairs_**

DXT Commodities SA, an international commodity trading company based in Lugano (Switzerland) and operating throughout Europe and worldwide, is seeking to hire a Junior Legal & Corporate Affairs to join its growing Legal department.

**Tasks**:

- assistance in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of agreements (i.e. power purchase agreement; EFET standard agreement; LNG master sales and purchase agreement and documentation related thereto);
- conducting legal research on legal matters in the energy regulatory and financial sector; international trades; shipping and tax legislation;
- supporting the Legal team in managing KYC procedure and conducting sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening, in accordance with company procedures;
- editing and managing compliance documents by reviewing content, confirming accuracy of information, suggesting additional changes, and updating information;
- assistance in the licensing process in the energy sector throughout all the relevant countries;
- assistance in planning, preparing and convening board meetings and shareholder resolutions, drafting minutes;

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Law with excellent grades;
- 1-3 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house similar role;
- An understanding of energy and financial regulatory aspects and/or European tax legislation would be beneficial;
- Experience in an energy trading company is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; every other language is a plus.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Highly motivated and precise person;
- Reliable person who has the ability to work under pressure;
- Person that is able to work both autonomously and within a team.
