We are looking for a Department Manager with passion, energy and drive for our Boutique in Zurich, Bahnhofstraße. The Department Manager plays a key role in maximizing the sales and profitability of the department. He/she works closely with the Boutique Managers to enhance the commercial performance and maintain excellent relations with key suppliers. The Department Manager for our department "Leather Goods" will be responsible for the following tasks: - Follow up with the Boutique Manager to ensure optimization of the stock level usage - Ensure all team members are following the established procedures of ordering/ transfer, etc - Develop, with the Marketing Manager, the yearly calendar and oversee marketing activities implementation - Assist the Boutique Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan for the network and preparing the yearly budgets - Follow up on daily sales vs monthly/yearly target and take action when necessary - Maintain a smooth relationship with the suppliers and business partners to implement partnership - Attend Managers’ meetings to review the shops performance and provide regular feedback to Boutique Manager - Manage, engage, and guide the team reporting - Set the objectives and budgets for own team members and ensure their accomplishment - Responsible for coaching and training own team members - Ability to identify and satisfy the needs of customers, in order to meet and exceed their expectations **Profile**: - 5+ years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 2 years of management, in a luxury product setting - Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity - Strong knowledge of the luxury industry - Demonstration of own initiative - Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Strong interpersonal, communicational, organizational and management skills **Additional information**: **What we offer you** The opportunity to join the LVMH Group (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy), the world leader in high-quality and luxury products.
