**My duties**
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and delivery in the Azure Cloud
- Support and troubleshooting and cloud deployment and environment issues
- Automate DB schema creation and test data population
- Assist the development team with monitoring
- Participate in cross-functional projects, and take ownership of individual feature efforts
- Lead in the adoption of Continuous Delivery, and automation of platform services
- Implement monitoring tools and dashboards for various services and operations for the platform following the enterprise monitoring strategy and tools
- Work in an Agile development environment, attending ceremonies, accurately estimating story points, meeting sprint deadlines

**My qualifications**
- Working experience administering Azure / Azure AD / IAAS / PAAS / SAAS cloud service and DevOps
- Programming background required - hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, Scala)
- Excellent knowledge of programming in Azure capable languages, such as ARM, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, YAML and good understanding of Azure API’s
- Excellent Infrastructure as Code (IaC) knowledge using PowerShell, ARM, AZ CLI, BICEP YAML pipelines
- Experience working with large and complex code bases such as GitLab, GitHub, GitFlow, Fork/Pull model
- Experience working with DevOps CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Team City, Azure DevOps, Helm Charts
- Understanding of ADFS, authentication methods such as OAuth, OpenID Connect
- Fluency with UNIX command line tools, Unix shell scripting
- Good knowledge on Docker and Kubernetes to manage microservices, exposure on Azure Databricks is an added advantage
- Knowledge on RESTful web services is added advantage
- Experience working with data lakes, configuring storage accounts and clusters, and security (knowledge on Azure Databricks is an advantage)
