**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide documentary and organizational support to ensure the routine GMP life cycle of laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate GMP-compliant qualification of new equipment and decommissioning of old or defective equipment.
- Conduct maintenance, requalification, and calibration to maintain GMP qualification standards.
- Perform equipment fault investigations and implement corrections to maintain operational integrity.
- Handle device deviation and change processes to ensure strict adherence to GMP guidelines.

**Key requirements**:

- Apprenticeship as a Lab Technician or a BSc in natural sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in GMP environments is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in the qualification of laboratory equipment such as fridges and pipettes.
- Proactive with outstanding organizational skills.
- Proficiency in either German or English, with at least basic communication skills in the respective other language.
