We are looking for a Brand Assistant (M/F/d) for Delta Galil Brands International GmbH (DGBI) based in 6039 Root, Switzerland.

Delta Galil International Brands GmbH manages the global license business of the Delta Galil Group and coordinates between the licensors, the design & merchandise and production teams as well as the distributors. The job holder assumes the overall responsibility for all tasks in connection with accounting, controlling, reporting, budgeting and administration. He reports to the General Manager DGBI and in a dotted line to the Delta Galil corporate finance.

**work tasks**
- Support of Masterfile set up
- ERP System - Data-Set up / uploading articles (generating EAN/UPC)
- Uploading price agreements
- Coordination of global sample orders, shipments and invoices
- Master data entry in ERP & maintenance
- Customer (distributors) entry & maintenance
- Purchase order (Factories) entry & maintenance
- Factory invoice receipt & control & confirmation (overviewing shipping) and forward invoices to the finance team
- Create / manage distributor invoices
- Summarize market needs and feedbacks for Global Brand Manager

- Commercial degree with specialization in trade and/or têxtile
- Conceptual thinking and acting person with hands-on mentality
- Team player
- Great communication skills, customer and multicultural team relation
- Positive thinking and passion to win / result driven - focused on targets & performance
- Flexible, move fast and drive for changes
- Mature, independent and self-motivated
- Likes to work and performs under high pressure
- Set priorities and organizes him/herself independently
- MS Office, Excel, Power Point
- Languages: excellent English skills, any other language is a plus
