- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Specialist GM Business Partner for (region), providing consultancy services to TAS, P&O, Executive Rewards, and business in respect of planned moves.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with key Rewards, P&O & TAS colleagues, proactively coaching them and building awareness on Global Mobility frameworks and processes, compliance topics and highlighting tax, social security, immigration, equity, and payroll issues where relevant.
- Responsible for coaching and partnering with vendors for designated regions/customer groups, driving quality service delivery and responding to unique region or country specific needs or nuances. Works with vendors to research and develop appropriate workarounds where needed.
- Takes an active role in leading continuous improvement initiatives within the Global Mobility team and broader Rewards teams, which will contribute to meeting talent and business goals. Is able to challenge the status quo and bring potential solutions and a different point of view.
- Acts as a single point of contact for these complex or high profile moves to coordinate timely and accurate service delivery across all vendors and internal teams.
- Demonstrates in-depth pre-assignment due diligence research capabilities across tax, social security, immigration, relocation, and benefits.
- Coaches and mentors Global Mobility Managers within wider team, sharing knowledge on complex cases, helping to review and provide input on their work where needed

**Minimum requirements**
- University education or equivalent in education and experience. Further education in HR desired
- 8+ years of experience in assignment management.
- Knowledge of end-to-end assignment and global mobility processes including payroll, tax, social security and immigration.
- Knowledge of broader Executive Rewards and Benefits topics (equity, pensions, annual compensation cycle, benchmarking and benefit plans).
- Operational understanding of TOPIA Move Management System
