**Les Missions**:

- Vous introduisez les données réclamations clients et internes dans notre système interne
- Vous contactez les fournisseurs et assurez les retours des pièces défectueuses aux fournisseurs pour leur investigation qualité
- Vous coordonnez la facturation avec différents départements internes
- Vous maintenez un registre central avec les statuts d’avancement individuel des réclamations traitées de manière journalière et faites le suivi de la soumission par le fournisseur de leurs rapports 4D/8D
- Vous participez activement à l’amélioration des processus internes

**Profil**:

- Vous êtes en cours d’études dans le domaine de l’ingénierie mécanique ou dans le domaine du Supply Chain
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances linguistiques en français, un bon niveau d’allemand et/ou anglais est également demandé
- Vous avez de bonne connaissances de la suite MS Office ainsi que d’autres logiciels informatiques tels que Q-System et ERP
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication et êtes dynamique. Vous appréciez le travail structuré et organisé
