Axpo started the journey of becoming a digital, data-driven and innovative company. As our new Intern Transformation, you will support the OKR Lead with the roll-out of the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
In this role, you take ownership and enjoy the freedom and flexibility to introduce and implement your own ideas and solutions and get to know the various business areas of Axpo.

**What you will do**:

- You are supporting the OKR Lead with the coordination of the OKR program-roll-out within the different Axpo business units
- You will support running workshops and trainings with OKR coaches and new teams to embed the understanding of OKRs within the Axpo Group
- You will promote OKRs within the Axpo Group and act as a catalyst for the OKR process to drive culture change
- You manage and participate in the OKR coach community to drive knowledge exchange and transformation
- You are going to gain a good understanding of the OKR tool, and you support OKR teams with the usage of the tool

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You successfully completed a Bachelor's degree or you are currently studying in the following fields (Psychology, Economics, Change Management, Transformation)
- You are familiar with MS Teams, MS-Office Suite, Mural and Miro
- You are a fast learner with an analytical mindset
- You are fluent in German and English
