Operational Buyer

**Tasks + Challenges**
- You are responsible for the operational procurement processes for indirect materials, capital goods and services (quote request to invoice control)
- In addition, you will support internal stakeholders throughout the entire order process (order confirmations, account assignment, goods receipt, invoicing)
- You will carry out price enquiries, prepare evaluations, ensure terms of delivery and rectify deviations
- You are also responsible for master data maintenance in SAP (material master, info record, source list, customs tariffs CH/EU, etc.) You participate on division projects related to purchasing and logistics

**Qualification + Profile**
- You have successfully completed a basic commercial training with further training in purchasing
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar function, preferably in a production environment
- You also enjoy working in a team and are used to work independently, conscientiously, and reliably
- You have advanced expertise and user skills in SAP R3 and MS Office You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
