**Data Architect**

We’re looking for a skilled **Data Architect** to drive data governance, quality, and innovation in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role is for you if you thrive on hands-on problem-solving and shaping scalable data solutions.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 10+ years working with complex data environments, including 3+ years in a dedicated data architecture role
- Experience with modern data observability tools and SaaS platforms
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on with data platforms like Snowflake, Clickhouse, Redshift, or Databricks
- Skilled in AWS cloud infrastructure
- Familiar with data science workflows and ML integration
- Analytical, structured thinker who can lead by example and solve real-world problems efficiently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take full ownership of the company’s data infrastructure—architecture, governance, and quality control
- Create frameworks and pipelines that ensure data reliability and observability across systems
- Design and optimize scalable models and storage for structured and unstructured data
- Contribute to the long-term scalability strategy for managing 10x data growth
- Provide technical leadership across teams and guide data-driven decision-makingIdentify and resolve data issues quickly and transparently, informing stakeholders as needed
- Champion a data-first culture across the organization, providing training and support where needed
- Evaluate and implement new tools that enhance our data integrity and performance
