After years of research, Planted was founded in July 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich. Our revolutionary plan will make the world a better place. We structure meats from plants that is no way inferior to animal meat, scores with unique taste, and authentic texture, and is miles ahead in terms of sustainability and health

**Your mission**:

- Push creative boundaries and lead Planted’s creative vision and its execution. Work closely with Lead Agency while building up internal capabilities.
- Lead and further build a lean creative team (still and motion Design, Content, Copy). Supervising the team's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
- Work with the global Brand, Marketing and Sales teams to define and design new ideas for company branding, brand awareness and conversion campaigns/activations, as well as marketing communications.
- Work with the local Brand & Marketing teams to support the execution of global campaigns/activations as well as align and enable local ideas and their execution
- Shape brand standards, guidelines and create processes to ensure all internal/external products and materials are brand appropriate.
- Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up with development of the alternative protein space.
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions with the relevant stakeholders.
- Generate unique ideas across existing and emerging digital platforms, create creative solutions that have a business impact for Planted.

**You**:

- A strong portfolio of creative work from 8 to 10 years’ experience in (digital) advertising/still and motion design/social media on both agency as well as company side.
- Extremely creative, hands on, dedicated, and inspiring.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills in English. Any other language, especially German, is a plus.
- Strong track record in project management, managing timelines as well as budget constraints. Resilient to working under pressure and against deadlines.
- Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
- Are a creative and strategic thinker.
- Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of your team. Skills in managing and inspiring people, projects and resources.
- This position sits within our global Brand & Marketing team, which is based in Switzerland. Openness to travel to different regions is a must.
