**Application Manager MAS (m/w/d)**
**Pensum: 80% - 100%
**Deine Aufgaben**
- Sicherstellung der Betreuung, des Betriebs und der Weiterentwicklung der verantworteten Applikationen
- 2nd Level Support der Applikationen sowie Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents
- Proaktive Koordination der 3rd Level Unterstützung durch Softwarehersteller
- Verantwortlich für das Change
- und Release Management der Anwendungen:

- Pflege der Release Roadmap, sowie Planung und Testing der Software Releases
- Koordination der Software Release Rollouts mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Erstellen, Aktualisieren und Pflegen von Dokumentationen (Anleitungen, Knowledge Base)
- Leisten von Pikettdienst (maximal eine Woche pro Monat)
- Mitarbeit in Projekten

**Dein Profil**
- Ausgewiesene, langjährige Erfahrung im Applikationsbereich, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen für die

Anwendungen Orbis, KISIM und Phoenix
- Ausbildung als Informatiker, höhere Ausbildung HF oder FH Niveau von Vorteil
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie eine hohe Affinität zum Healthcare Umfeld
- Teamorientierte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne auch eigene Ideen mit einbringt
- gute methodische Kenntnisse im Bereich 2nd Level Support (ITIL Kenntnisse und Zertifizierung)
- Gute Schreibkompetenz
