**What you bring along****:

- Completed Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Psychology (University/FH)

- Committed personality with vision, a solution-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach

- Several years of experience in a similar function, ideally in an international industrial company

- Excellent communication skills in German and English
