- We are looking for a motivated, solution-oriented person who is eager to work and develop in the fast-paced consulting environment. By bringing your analytical and business skills to the table, you will support our financial services clients in future-proofing their risk functions.

**Your contribution to KPMG**
Deliver projects that focus on making risk management more effective or efficient by exploiting new technology and AI solutions for various banking clients in Switzerland.
Develop and foster positive long-term relationships with key clients within Swiss banking institutions.
Identify client needs and support with positioning KPMG as a trusted partner for AI-based solutions in the risk management space. This includes identifying new opportunities, support with defining and executing go-to-market strategies as well as implementing PoCs that demonstrate the added value of the solution.
Support with the buildup of a team of AI risk management specialists.
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the Swiss banking sector. This includes actively researching and analyzing new technologies, regulations, and best practices.

MSc. Or PhD in quantitative discipline such as physics, mathematics, quant finance or information technology
4 - 6 years of experience in consulting or banking
Proficiency in relevant coding languages such as Python
Knowledge of the risk management function and respective processes at a bank
Proven track record in implementing AI use cases and delivering quantitative solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
German (mother-tongue), English, French is a strong advantage
