Our client is a leading IT Solution Provider in the areas of Digital Workplace, CRM, Business Intelligence and Application & Cloud Engineering. As a distinguished Microsoft Gold Partner, they provide unparalleled support for Swiss companies in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Analytics projects.

Tasks

For their talented Team based in Switzerland, they are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Expert who you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing Microsoft solutions. Here's how your journey will look like:
**✨ Architectural Mastery**: Craft and scrutinize architectural concepts for Power Platform projects.

**✨ Customer Collaboration**: Collaborate with customer specialists to define interface requirements for seamless integration with the Power Platform. Analyze customer needs and guide them in choosing optimal solutions.

**✨ Strategic Advising**: Present marketing and sales processes to customers and provide strategic advice. Conduct business analysis workshops to drive informed decision-making.

**✨ Technical Implementation**: Advise and support customers in implementing cutting-edge solutions with Power Platform + Azure. Configure Dynamics Online infrastructure and associated Azure components.

**✨ Continuous Development**: Stay ahead of the curve by following new developments and innovations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.

**Requirements**:
**Your Experience and Profile**:

- College, technical college, or university education with a focus on computer science or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in customer advice and solution conception.
- Expertise in Microsoft development and solution platforms (Power Platform, Dynamics CRM/D365, Microsoft 365, Azure).
- Knowledge of agile software development techniques and methods.
- Fluent in German (native or C2 level) and proficient in English (B1 level).
- Drive and passion for advising clients, identifying optimal solutions, and translating them into technical implementations.
