Risk Manager Business Continuity Management
Aufgaben
Responsible as a 2nd line of defense for physical and personal security / Risk assessment of security risks, definition and maintenance of measures / Controlling of internal processes inclusive the outsourcing processes on the basis of the circulars of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority / Risk assessment and development of all processes / Responsible for the further development of business continuity management / Reporting of the business impact analysis / Responsible for the annual security assessments / Coordination work with internal and external stakeholder / Leading the security committee / Responsible for the documentation and the training.
Qualifikation
Master or Bachelor in business administration / Experienced with business continuity management or operational risk in compliance with safety requirements / Experienced in the implementation of outsourcing processes / Understanding of banking processes and systems / Living team orientation and acting with leadership skills / Analytical, well-structured working methods / Convincing with a passionate approach / High sense of responsibility and assertiveness / IT affinity / German and English.
