**Project**:
For our client, a large healthcare company based in Winterthur, we are looking for an ICT-Supporter Professional (M/F/d) for the Windows 11 roll-out.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Physical replacement of around 2000 clients
- Cabling
- Installation of the clients on site with short training (or reference to the training documents)
- Taking back the old clients
- Updating the inventory
- Simple troubleshooting
- Escalation to the project manager if necessary

**Must Haves:.**
- Experience in the implementation of Windows 11 migration
- Completed educational qualification
- Resilient to user questions and unforeseen situations
- Experience with troubleshooting and dealing with questions
- Communicative and confident manner
- Fluent in German
