**Job summary**:

- End-to-end implementation of marketing communication projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather project requirements and align objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, effectively managing resources and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor, coordinate and oversee the production of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, and advertising campaigns.
- Conduct regular status meetings, provide project updates, and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project outcomes to stakeholders.
- Support to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness of outsourced services.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communication initiatives, adhering to established guidelines.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to drive successful project outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management in marketing, branding or communications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects
