Intern Product Development

**The Role**

The MX team at Logitech is looking for support in activities related to product innovation and product management.

You will be supporting the head of MX product management, in the development of new advanced products, doing research, innovation and user tests, leading to a better understanding of the end-users, their needs and aspirations. This will help the team improve the design and user experience of current projects and take better decisions on new potential products.

You will be part of the MX team at Logitech and work with Product Managers, Designers, Engineering and Business leaders, and be a contributor to the evolution of Logitech’s most advanced devices for creativity and productivity.

Internship duration is 6 months.

In this role you will:

- Support product managers in the development of advanced devices
- Organize internal and external user tests and gather feedback to represent the consumer point of view in projects
- Define users’ journey and identify both hero flows and critical pain points, to influence decisions able to deliver seamless experiences
- Participate in ideation sessions, identify creative ways to answer end-user needs
- Learn to work in close collaboration with designers, engineers and business leaders internationally.

**Key Qualifications**

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

- Curiosity and passion for understanding the customer
- At ease with user tests and qualitative consumer research
- Self-starter, with ability to manage your own project
- Familiar with the Design Thinking approach and the innovation process
- Ability to integrate diverse point of views, and synthesize information in a presentation
- Ability to express ideas via sketches, images, presentations, videos, etc
- At ease with the slide creation (Google Slides)
- Strong ability to express ideas both visually and orally
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (other languages as a plus)
- Knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and Lightroom)

**Education**:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from design, marketing, business, innovation management, product management, user experience, industrial, or interaction design or other related fields
