Head of Fund Solutions

**Your team**:

- Pictet Wealth Management combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The Partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services.- You will establish the distribution of the global Funds offering in the Bank’s private wealth management division: market efficiently Funds solutions, manage high-convictions lists in line with the House View, organize marketing campaigns and becoming the go-to experts for the Front for Funds.
- You will also create content, animate and activate the existing Funds offering in collaboration with Product Management & Strategy and Content Marketing. Provide support to the Front in their client servicing for Funds in order to acquire or retain assets under management.**Your role**:

- Creating and distributing timely investment advice in the asset class (long-only funds & ETFs, both internal and external) in line with House view and taking advantage of prevailing market conditions.
- Creating and maintain a strong partnership with the due diligence team for strict alignment of universe and communication.
- Follow-up on recommendations (performance, communication, risk exposure).
- Funds-only portfolio construction and reviews.
- Supporting ad-hoc queries.
- Supporting the sales of funds recommendations and more broadly of Advisory mandates.
- Analyzing the book of business for opportunities.
- Following and analyzing the flow of transactions in funds, for volume and revenues.
- Liaising and partner with the other Investment Solutions members for alignment of the Advisory proposition.
- Establishing strong partnerships with the Front, support investment proposals and marketing efforts.
- Establishing strong partnerships with the other investment teams.
- Leading the development of the Long-Only funds proposition, in partnership with the Product Management & Strategy team.
- Maintaining a strong compliance culture, ensuring optimal compliance and risk management in line with all relevant local laws, regulatory requirements, in-house directives and procedures.

**Your profile**:

- Approximately 10 years’ experience in finance with a particular focus on fund marketing.
- Fluency in French and English. Other languages would be a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of long-only managers, and more generally of the asset management world.
- Excellent investment knowledge across asset classes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to articulate a short and convincing pitch. Excellent public-speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate an investment story-line across asset classes, in line with the investment views of the Bank and taking advantage of market opportunities.
- Very good understanding of portfolio construction, investment processes and risk management approaches
- A clear focus on client servicing.
- Demonstrate strong collaborative skills looking for win-win partnerships with main stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very proactive and results oriented
- Very strong team spirit and ability to partner with other teams
- Strong sense of ethics, aligned with Pictet’s values and partnership culture
- Must be resident in Switzerland with a valid work permit.
