You will support the Fragrance & Beauty (F&B) division (and specially Ingredients Manufacturing Group) to achieve global biotech goals trough the use of your knowledge on Biotech Manufacturing Management including working with Science and Technology, our manufacturing plants, partners and eventually customers. Moreover you will take advantage of the expertise in biotech manufacturing to cross-fertilize our company and be a contributor to the biotech global strategy companywide.

You will report to the Head of Global F&B Ingredients Management. This role can be based in Vernier (Switzerland), Pomacle (France), Sant Celoni (Spain) or Pedro Escobedo (Mexico).

**You will**:
**Strategy**
- Help create global biotech strategy with the F&B manufacturing and industrialization input
- Define/follow-up the strategy of biotech in F&B industrialization and manufacturing

**Troubleshoot and Coordination**
- Be the contact in Operations for Biotech planning: footprint, capacities, technologies, and partnerships
- Ensure a good interface with Givaudan Functions when biotechnology support (fermentation, DSP, Enzymes) is needed to understand and design strategies to achieve business plan and products
- Support the F&B Ingredients Manufacturing Team in the execution of projects: delineation, execution or control

**People management**
- Be a positive contributor in teams
- Organize/plan education, training and staffing on technical aspects of biotechnology for Fragrance and Beauty Operations

**You have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or Biotechnology, Engineering, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering
- Master Degrees or specific trainings completing the missing elements of the background
- More than 15 years of experience in manufacturing of Chemicals through biotransformation operations with a variety of products, fermentation techniques and DSP
- Curiosity and detailed knowledge of technical topics in the area: genomics, gene editing, agitation and oxygen transfer, heat transfer, scale-up, DSP design, mass and energy balances
- Expertise to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- SAP understanding and operation as user
- Good command of English and French and Spanish valuable
