November 2025 Las Muns, die internationale Gourmet-Empanada-Marke, eröffnet ihr erstes Pop-up bei Globus Zürich - und wir suchen eine/n Store Lead (Responsable), der/die den Betrieb vor Ort mit Herz, Struktur und Verkaufsfokus führt. Deine Aufgaben - Volle Verantwortung für den Tagesbetrieb des Pop-ups: Verkauf, Teamführung, Gästebetreuung und Performance. - Aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau des Teams: Rekrutierung, Schulung und enge Abstimmung mit Las Muns Spanien zu Service - und Produktstandards. - Operative Unterstützung beim Launch: Logistik, Lieferanten, Administration und Prozesskoordination. - Möglichkeit, den B2B‑Kanal (Catering) zusammen mit dem Management mitzuentwickeln. - Berichtet an den COO; P&L‑Fokus: Hauptaufgabe ist die tägliche Steuerung von Lohn‑ und Wareneinsatz (Food Cost). Dein Profil - 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung als Schichtleitung/Keyholder in Gastronomie/QSR/Coffee Bar. - Führungsstark, zuverlässig, hands‑on; behält Ruhe und Standards auch bei Hochbetrieb. - Sicher im Öffnen/Schliessen, Kassawesen/POS, einfachen Inventuren & Waste‑Kontrolle. - Deutsch mind. B2; Englisch von Vorteil; Französisch/Spanisch Plus. - Einsatz flexibel (Abende/Wochenenden/Feiertage), Arbeitsumfang 50-100%. We’re looking for a Store Lead who owns the floor, lifts the team, and delivers premium guest experience with strong sales focus. Your scope - Full responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation of the pop‑up: sales, staff management, customer experience, and overall performance. - Active participation in building the team: recruitment, training, and coordination with Las Muns Spain to ensure service and product standards. - Support with operational tasks related to the launch: logistics, suppliers, administration, and process coordination. - Opportunity to contribute to B2B (catering) development in cooperation with management. - Report to the COO; P&L focus: main task is to manage Labor and Food Cost daily (track vs target). What you bring - 1-3 years as shift lead/key‑holder in food retail/QSR/coffee bar. - Hands‑on leader: calm under pressure, sets standards, coaches on the spot. - Competent in opening/closing, cashing up, POS, simple inventory & waste control. - German B2 required; English helpful; French/Spanish a plus. - Flexible availability incl. evenings/weekends/holidays; workload 50-100%.
