Director, Business Standards

As a member of the Global Value Chain Excellence team, this role will drive consistency in standards, practice, and processes, with a continuous improvement mindset across distribution and transportation.

**The scope of the position involves leading primary workstreams including, but not limited to**:

- Provide visibility to process maturity progression and impact and plans to address critical process gaps.
- Leverage regional process owner to disseminate process standards.
- Periodically conduct objective process assessment and align on roadmap and approach to address opportunities.
- Work with peers in Dx organization to refine standards, as appropriate.
- Establish global process standards for Distribution & Transportation - inclusive of process flows, governance and metrics standards (e.g. OTIF-D, Cost to Serve, network & product flows).
- Build operational excellence mindset across the organization.
- Drive operational productivity, efficiency, and cost improvement through KPI governance, process change, Lean, Six Sigma etc.
- Global Coordination of the regional JOS assessments throughout owned and 3PL operations as a key source of and reliability.

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of 10 years overall business experience is required, preferably with a focus in Customer Service Operations, Strategy and management of large programs.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines

**Preferred Competencies**:

- An MBA or Master’s Degree
- Skills to build an organization embracing a culture of functional excellence and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated impact in roles requiring orchestration and influence
- E2E mindset and collaborative, influence-based leadership approach Track record of developing and building diverse, high-performance teams with a strong sense of mission
- Ability to set clear direction and drive change to transform organizations, via strong engagement/communication
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistic operating model and strategy
- Experience in operations delivery, process transformation, and process excellence
- Expertise in core Distribution & Transportation processes
- Expertise in process mapping and analytics
- Six Sigma or Lean experience and process engineering
